After 10 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

4. Custom-Made & Made-to-Measure Products
All curtains, blinds, and soft furnishings made according to customer-provided measurements are considered Custom Orders.
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

Item damaged during delivery
We strongly advise customers to carefully verify measurements before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by customers.
5. Restocking Fees
